Im really sorry if I did seem a bit edgy last night and out of order, I was just simply getting annoyed at the fact that everybody was criticising one persons view etc... Anyway my main point of this thread is to apologise and ask why you would not recommened Propecia to anybody under 25? I understand you think its best to be refered to a doctor BUT all my doctor did was laugh at me and think I was being stupid!

My questions are these:

1) If I started Propecia and got my hormones monitored do you think this would be safe?

2) All I want to do is maintain my hair and thicken up existing hair, do you reckon this can be accomplished by Minoxidil? (5%)

Thanks for your advice, and oh.. can I call you grandad since you said you were triple my age?

You must have a DHT inhibitor somewhere in your regime. Be it topical or internal. You have other options besides Fina, like Revivogen, spironolactone, Saw Palmetto, Azleic Acid. I used strait minoxidil for 8mo and my hair continued to thin at the frontal region as the minoxidil thickend the shaft.

You dont have to appologize it cool. Younter dudes should wait for there bodies to fully develop and by 25 everyone is done. Supressing hormones in a body that is still growing is not a good thing.

Let Propecia's sides dictate wether it is right for you or not, its not like Acutane where you have to get blood work and liver work done every month. If you are on it for a few weeks with no sides then you should be fine. Most guys say if they get sides they usually subside in a month or two.
