If you are so desperate about your hairloss get on cyproterone, spironolactone and estradiol and be done with it.

Estradiol will, but the other 2 anti-androgens likely won't. If you get on minoxidil and those 2 you are basically cured, but castrated.

Yeah, its not to hard to make a nw3 look like a nw1 if its just your temples and you have thick hair.

i just got on finasteride and minoxidil. i hope so bad this itself fixes the issue.

If finasteride and min doens't fix your problem and a hair transplant is not an option, you need to get on the hard meds and you will most likely get back to nw1.
It's people like you who ruin other people's lives. Leave the kid alone, he's obviously not mentally stable right now and you go on to suggest him HRT drugs. Smh

In his previous posts he said that he would rather kill himself than go bald. I think i'm actually saving his life by telling him that he has an alternative.. the guy is already suicidal.
lol, oh sure like the sides from those drugs aren't gonna make him wanna kill himself any less.
I just don't think that type of advice should be given by an unlicensed professional. These are drugs that ARENT made for men. Idk how you think his suicidal ideation is gonna improve on these drugs, he's just gonna be more likely to do it.

Dude, i'm not busting his door down, shoving HRT pills on his throat. I'm just telling him what alternatives he has, even if i don't recommend them.. he desperately shitposted all over this forum all day searching for opinions and consolations. Sadly, today as a hairloss sufferer you have very few options.. and if he is gonna kill himself over hairloss, might aswell try something else and see how it goes. Anything is better than wasting his life for nothing.

I guess lol, I just think these treatments shouldn't be considered treatments or options for any straight male. It's easy to say you don't care about sex when your dick works fine. But I mean he'd have to castrate himself, grow tits and change his whole appearance to keep some hair and that's some deep sh*t that can drive even the happiest and most content person to suicide

@antydhtor takes some really hardcore sh*t and he seems very happy with the decision he made. i know what you are trying to say, I know i would rather die than try those meds, but you see.. thats just me and you, there are people in this world.. on this forum, that would gladly give up their sexual health, partially turn in to women, even risk cancer.. all for the sake of having hair.
yeah I get it, his story can really be inspiring to some. But do you see the hairline he's shooting for? It's something even 90% of full heads don't get too hold onto after childhood. It makes you think, the psychological issues these people have go deeper than just some hairloss and I see it very evidently. Dude has an nw1 female hairline and is still u happy with his results.
