Tom Brady Hair Transplant At The Temples

I have a question for the forum; most reputable (if not all) hair transplant specialists would only transplant hair to the temple area if you're above a certain age (i.e. so they have a fair idea of how you are going to recede);
How does he get it done at a relatively young age? Wouldn't they run out of donor hair at some point?
I assume propecia would be deemed an illegal substance in pro football so what other methods would these guys use of retaining the hair beyond the area they had treated?

No amount of propecia or rogaine could regrow hair at the temples THAT thick.

Definately a hair transplant or some sort of high-tech wig but it looks great!

Don't think propecia is illegal in pro-football though

Why do you think that a doctor won't transplant to temples? they will if you are conservative about it.

and some will even if you aren't.

I thought they would only consider a hair transplant when the patient is of a certain age; if they transplanted hair to Tom Brady's temples, even though he's still young, chances are he'd continue to recede and have 'gaps' of no hair behind a perfect transplanted hairline.
The guy was losing hair in his early 20's; normally that would mean a serious amount of recession by now. I guess my question is, where are they getting the hair from?

Well he is famous and rich, money will get you anything and fame doesn't hurt

he probably went to armani who will do any transplant you ask.

If he does keep having male pattern baldness he might be fucked..

out of curiosity if you do FUE, can you move transplanted hair around, i.e. take it out of the temples if needed?

I've seen some hairline work done with ~1.5-2k grafts on a 24 year old, it's not entirely uncommon.

I think for Armani 24 is considered an older patient!

That image of Brady with the really thick hair is earlier in his life and also looks like it might have been doctored.

His overall hair density used to be higher: http://assets.nydailynews.com/img/2008/ ... bradyz.jpg

But now look, as he's let it grow, it's clearly thinned. He just isn't balding fast. I don't think he has had any hair transplant work done. He isn't as thick as the pic linked to above, but it's still really good density.

Here is his hairline:

In that link above, it says Kevin James had a hair transplant. That isn't true. He wears a piece. You can see it clearly if you watch closely in his movies. The hairline is great but sometimes from the back you'll see it.

Not to mention, that his temple points are gone, that's a dead giveaway he should at least get a piece with temple flaps, or get FUE to reconstruct them.

that isnt necessarily killer...every once in a while I see a guy with receded temple points but would otherwise be a NW2

usually they look like Kevin James too. no hair piece though

I think it looks awful when the temple points are gone, it's one of the most important elements that frames your face and diminishs a rounded look...

I agree on that. I never really noticed them until I realized hairloss on my own head, now I really appreciate that i still have them and love them. I also notice everyone else's.

saw some pics somewhere of this guy (think they were taken in the last few days) where he's on a balcony and has super long hair pulled back with a head band and a pony tail. His hairline isn't really any different to a lot of people like Johnny Depp.

Can you not take finasteride in the NFL for sure?
