Guys i really need a help in guidance here please.
At 20 years i have developed some maturation on my hairline and im 30 years now. I think i was kinda mantaining it but at 28 in 2022 i decided to give finasteride a shot at 0.25 day. 1 month after i think i experienced some libido issues and changed to 0.5 EOD. My libido was weaker but nothing major so i kept using it..
Flash forward 1 year of using finasteride, i felt that my libido decreased, it was harder to keep erections and i started having a relationship with a girl, everytime i was with her i was using Cialis because i wasnt confident enough that my dick would work. Cialis was working really well and we were having sex several times days for weeks. Like, alot of sex.
After she went back to her city and we were distant again, i stopped the cialis and my dick just crashed, then i decided to stop finasteride and to start minoxidil for a while to see what would happen.
After 1.5 months i felt my libido was getting back and i tried topical finasteride but i felt the same sides after few weeks, then i stopped again.
Now i feel that my libido is relatively better but not 100% but i felt that my hair quality is dropping and that sh*t is giving me alot of anxiety. I just popped 0.5mg finasteride today and i think i will try again every other day to see what happens but im very afraid that messing with it can potentially destroy my libido long-term.
To be honest i dont have problem using cialis+finasteride longterm if its to impede me to go bald but at the same time i feel very bad because i dont know how much i will reecede without finasteride.
I went to a hair transplant Doctor that took a look at my hair state and he said that my hair density is very good and crown is fine and my hairline was NW1 slowly between NW2 ( basically Norwood 1.5) and he said that he didnt recommend finasteride at my current hair state and said that i could use minoxidil.
Im really afraid to lose my hair right now. But im also afraid to have long term ED with finasteride or develop PFS restarting it and having to stop it again in case everything goes wrong. I have took half of a pill today out of anxiety, just like a drug addict, and i really dont know what to do at this point.
Also i have a big scar on the right temple that makes everything there looks worse
