hey guys. Wanted to check to see if I had sides and going to get back on very likely. I noticed a heavy shed during the time off. What’s the likelyhood I made permanent losses if I had amazing regrow thistle first time?

I’d like to imagine it should be minimal if any permanent loss at under the two month mark?

You noticing shedding has very little relevance to anything. Everyone sheds. Women shed a lot. Dogs and cats shed a lot. You need to document via photos to see if you actually lost ground.

Understood. Even by comparing photos it’s hard to tell. Maybe some minor thinning at temples but not sure if it’s gone for good now.

Any stories of people going off and then on again and getting results again?
