Top 5 Or So Surgeons To Go To Outside The U.k?

If I was to travel outside the U.K who would you guys recommend? I'm too scared to go to Turkey and obviously can't afford to fly to the U.S.A (I'm in the U.K), so I guess Europe? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Outside the UK but In Europe (ignoring Turkey) I'd probably only look at the following:

Spain
Dr Lorenzo
Dr De Freitas (probably a year to a year and a half waiting list)
Dr Couto (exceptionally long waiting list something along the lines of 4 years!)

Belgium
BHR Clinic
Dr Feriduni
Dr Lupanzula

Switzerland
Hattingen

Narrowing that down to 5, I'd probably say Dr Lorenzo, Dr De Freitas, Dr Couto, BHR Clinic and Dr Feriduni. Only thing is Dr Couto's waiting times are so long that it may put a of people off so may want to throw Dr Lupanzula into the mix instead.
