Top/sides Thinning But Donor Zone Staying Thick, Dpa Or Dupa?

Hi everyone,
To give a brief explanation of my current hair situation, the top/sides of my head have very thin hair, while my donor zone seem thick as ever. I'm petrified at the thought of having DUPA, because I honestly want to keep my hair more than anything. I can't even imagine my life without my hair, since everyone would always compliment me on it. It is my most redeeming quality, and I don't want to see it go.
I'm currently in my second month of using Finasteride 1.25 mg.

My question is, even though I may be thinning on the sides, can I still have DPA? My donor zone is extremely thick and shows no signs of thinning. I reeeeaaaaally hope that I don't have DUPA.

Edit: Here are some photos of my left (thinner) side, the top of my hair (only looks thick because my hair is grown out and i combed it down), and pictures of my donor zone. Keep in mine that I purposefully tried to get bad photos of my donor zone looking thin -- especially with a hard flash.

looks like good old male pattern baldness, starting at the crown and spreading - also noticeble in the side back, where you can see thining at the temple

Not very severe though, the side thinning could be from Finasteride shed or a bad haircut (its very hard to judge, its seems you recently had a haircut) , you have very dark hair, so its very easy to see scalp naturally - keep that in mind

Sry, I don´t get it. You are asking for us to judge your hairloss, but then you give us a pic where you hide your balding? I seen no difference between the back and the sides of your head.

Thanks for the support! But unfortunately I haven't had a haircut in a solid month and a half. But I do agree when you say that since my hair is dark that the scalp becomes more visible. I will admit that I have been VERY stressed these past 4.5 months and that maybe (hopefully) telogen effluvium is a possibility. And even before these 4.5 months have been rough.

But you would say that I could rule out DUPA as my type of hair loss?

Iggy, I believe that you're getting what I'm saying misconstrued! I'm not taking those pictures to because I'm hiding my balding -- this is my hair taken under very harsh light at a revealing angle to highlight the thinness of the area. I want to figure out whether this may be telogen effluvium, dpa, or dupa. So, with that being said, do you have any idea on what kind of hair loss I may have?

No i would definitely not - i still see early patterns of alopecia - go to a derm, they often have a microscope, tell them to use it, if you seeing miniaturized hair, you are balding - only thay way you can know for sure

and let me tell you are common misconception about Telogen Effluvium - Telogen Effluvium is induced by heavy physical or psychical trauma, not by being depressed or not sleeping well for a while... people just hope for Telogen Effluvium because it mean its temporary, however these people dont know exactly how rare Telogen Effluvium is
