https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/7528050 This is an immunsupressent drug and oddly only works topically but not orally so maybe the sides wouldn't be too detrimental. Also it's not given this will work on humans, as well I don't think they specified that if the in vitro study was on animal or human follicles. But maybe it works along the wnt pathway since it has some similarities to cyclosporine or some other mechanism maybe be at work it's pretty unknown.

@Georgie Just was interested if you had any thoughts on this? thanks
Oh yes I’ve looked into this. You know that topical that Rivertown is making? This is in it, along with Csa and minoxidil. You can get topical cream/lotion versions of this I believe but you’d need a prescription I’m sure.

I haven't heard of that, thought Csa wasn't able to be used topically but others have said even with a large molecular weight it could still somehow reach the hair shaft. I'm contemplating on ordering a lotion of this from alldaychemist since since they sell cheap generics but it's a bit sketchy and they don't verify prescriptions. A lotion wouldn't be the ideal form too but I think I might try it since it seems worth looking into, not that I would recommend this to anyone since who knows the purity.

I buy lots of things from alldaychemist. They’re legit.

You are right about topical csa. Only works minimally as far as I’m aware. I may even try topical FK myself tbh, given that I used minoxidil and will be using WAY. Perhaps I will see these synergetic effects that Rivertown says is amazing

I couldn't find anything about fk506 in the rivertown product, maybe I wasn't looking in the right place but none the less seems like an interesting product. Good luck with everything
