Topical finasteride 0.025% - where can you get it?

where i live, its only possible to find a minimum of 0.1% topical finasteride, but i would like to use 0.025%.

is there any place that sells it online?
can anyone recommend anything?

Happy Head all day long. They customize to 0.025% finasteride and 6% min or no min at all.

it also really confuses me. how come there are places that sell 2%, and 0.025%, its such a huge f*****g difference.
if 2% is so damn much, and pretty much like taking a pill, why does it even exists?
