Topical Finasteride. Does It Work? Where To Get It?

It seems to work to the extent it goes systemic. Which, if you put it in alcohol seems to be basically all of it.
I've yet to see any evidence that topical finasteride is any more effective when put on your scalp, than if you rubbed it on your chest or your legs.

I'm using the Farmacia Parati silicon gel (H&W third generation).
The 2.5% strength which H&W prescribe gave me massive sides, my dick was turtling so hard i was wondering if my dick was legit atrophying. Went down to 0.6% and my flaccid came back to life. Still not sure how much this drug actually helps with my hairloss as i'm combining it with RU (which kills any scalp itch immediately) .
