Hi, I'm new here.
I've been using a lot of supplements in the last few months, including cod liver oil, black currant seed oil, chaga mushroom, b vitamins, probiotics, msm complex (with vit c and amino acids) and iron ( because od anemia).
I just bought some mixed tocotrineols and will use them as well.
I am considering cypro or drospinerone(analogue od spironolactone) but I am not sure about it yet, because it works better with women who have hyperandrogenism, pcos...but my levels are normal.
Also, I am not sure whether drospinerone is effective as spironolactone.
I want to try some topical as well.
I wanted to make my own topical with apigenin, salvia sclarea, scutellaria baicalensis and red clover.
I dont know where to get apigenin and which carrier oil to use
Could roman camomile essential oil be a good source of apigenin?
Are organic essential oils on general a good choice?
I was thinking about buying multiple peptide serum from The ordinary or Rekze serum?
I saw some great ingredients there, but Rekze is pricy...
My hair loss is quite severe, so some help would be great.
