Is it possible to get erection related sides off spironolactone cream? Would really appreciate a response!

spironolactone is an antiandrogen - like finasteride etc - so technically speaking it could cause such issues.

However, it's less common to get side effects from topical treatments like this, but they're not unheard of.

Finasteride isn't an antiandrogen. It has no affinity for the androgen receptor.
