Hi guys,
I'm trying to avoid pills and would like to stop any more hairloss maybe via a topical treatment.... not really interested in growing back any hair, just want to stop any more folicals from dying...
What do you think would be best? Am I a good candidate for Topical spironolactone? Is there anything else you'd recommend instead?
