Hi everyone,my topical spironolactone came few days ago but I still dont know If I should use it once or twice a day.I thought using it once a day would make it last longer but than Ive seen on the label that it says use once or twice a day.Im currently on duta+oral minoxidil,would using it twice a day make any difference?
