Topical spironolactone side effects - does it cause cancer?

I just wanna echo the thoughs of the other posters, I really think topical spironolactone is a waste of time and money. Any benefit is probably negligible and not worth the high price and hassle of application.

That's just your opinion. I don't think topical spironolactone is a waste of time and money.
I personally got nice results since I started using spironolactone cream. My hair become much thicker.

When it comes to cancer. I noticed that wikipedia states something about it but tests were made on rats and it was probably topical solution.
Anyone can give me more info about that study?

Obviously it's my opinion and you're free to disagree. However, I'm not saying this for no reason, topical spironolactone is like 80 dollars a jar, and there is not much out there to support that it does anything. I was curious about it a few months ago and after doing research it just seemed to be a big waste, you're like the first person to say it was helpful, but were you also on minoxidil? Most people are when they use topical spironolactone.

Yes, I'm also on minoxidil. $80 a jar?? It's around $34 not $80.
Did you ever use spironolactone?
Believe me it's not a waste of time and money.
