Topical spironolactone? (Where do you get it?! In the UK prefably)

Hey guys, where can I get the topical spironolactone solution? Or do you guys make it yourselves? I have no idea because all I seem to find on the internet are the tablets nothing about the topical solution! Any feedback would greatly be appreciated, especially if you guys make it how do I make it?

I dont think theres any place you can get them in the UK im afraid. You can make it yourself, but i never could be bothered.
