It looks good, I don't know why but I feel like it could look so much better.
They need to ****ing staple his cheeks down and fix his eyes and he'd look normal.

I probably sound dumb saying this, but it looks like a rather easy job with today's plastic surgery.

The swelling will go down with time. Considering what he looked like before I think the sugeons did an excellent job!
