Just something i thought about. Because people do smp. Why not do a multiple transplants when your already nw5 or 6 and then shave it off. Just so youl have the shaved hairline look. Im 29. Should i do it? This is my current state

Like I told you in the other thread, go for it bro. Right now your sh*t looks like a middle aged man and you don't wanna wait 15 years to make it OK. Just like me you won't have a perfect head of hair with a transplant (so adjust your expectations accordingly) but the illusion that it will create will put you in a much better position. You will be in a better position to start minoxidil and microneedling too.

I'm against SMP, I'll try to rock the buzzcut first with my transplant and if it doesn't look good I will grow it out and combover the midscalp.

Schedule an appointment with a hair transplant surgeon and explore the options. I do understand that money is an issue for you, but improving your hair would make you so much happier. Sometimes, when you really want to do something, you'll find away to finance it. You will then have years of happiness, which I think everyone here wants for you.

There are other options to gain the illusion of hair and frame your face.

You could transplant mainly to the front and not so densely to the mid scalp. Sweep your hair back once it has grown and it will give you some coverage.

Or, you could combine with SMP. I know you do not like SMP, but when combined with a hair transplant, it become a secondary factor visually and creates a denser, fuller look.

Also, do not forgot, you are approaching 30. Many women in their 30's (I know you think they are all toxic, but trust me, there are also many good ones!) will not be so picky about hair, if your face is framed with a hair line, it will improve your confidence.

Don't give up on this. There will likely be a solution for you.

I don't think it is a scam, but it is a huge amount of grafts. If you were going to go down this route, you need to use one of the best hair transplant surgeons available. There are many in Europe, Canada and America.

I'm not sure if side hair can be used, however I assume it can, provided it is situated in the 'safe zone'. Once a graft is taken from an part of the head, it can only be used once.

I'm not sure they used any side hair - if they did, they were careful not to deplete the donor in this area. From what I can see your is much better than the guy in the video who was on his way to NW7.

Are there good transplant clinics where you live? If there are, they will be able to assess the capability of your donor area.

Yes, I have seen it, I think your crown is pretty much intact. The loss is mainly mid scalp to front. I think there will be a solution for you to achieve a reasonable level of coverage. Maybe a good surgeon can combine body hair also. Sorry if you have already checked all of this with a hair transplant clinic and know the answers. It would be good to see you find a hair transplant solution, as so many people do now, even those with high Norwood levels.

He seeks perfection instead of adjusting his expectations to getting out of the "bald" territory and getting a good front lol. Personally I don't fully believe those vids because of my own experience with transplants but maybe they're real, don't know don't care.

I’ve never seen them before to be honest and often in life, when something is to good to be true, you do have to question it!

Getting the front done is definitely the key. So much else can be done to address the mid scalp and / or crown. Even combing the hair back over it can create sufficient visual coverage. Add a little toppik and the situation improves further.

Ex professional footballer Neil Ruddock had his hairline and mid scalp transplanted last year - his progress is excellent. He didn’t bother with the crown. Looks like a normal middle aged guy now with 70% hair.

If you wanna hold on, maybe fina and hair fibers. Best option would probably be a shaved look.
