treatment non responder, what should I do?

Hi guys,
I'm currently on a pretty strong regimen but I'm not seeing any result.
My regimen is:
- one 0.5mg Dutasteride pill daily
- nizoral every other day
- 60mg RU58841(Anageninc) dissolved in 2ml minoxidil 5% (foligain) and 1ml serioxyl 5% twice a day (total: 120mg RU, 4ml minoxidil and 2ml serioxyl)
- 25 mg spironolactone dissolved in the previous solution twice a day but thinking about dropping this one
- microneedling once a week with a 1.5mm needle and I apply immediatly after 1.5mg dutasteride dissolved in serioxyl.


I'm not seeing regrowth/thickening of the miniaturized hair, I have almost all my hair but a lot of if remain 1cm in length and is not as dark as the rest.


What can I get checkd in order to see if there is some other underlying cause?

oral dutasteride since december 2019, minoxidil on and off for some years but now I've been consistent since starting the oral dutasteride.
I've first tryed RU this august, bought from actifolic, I changed the RU supplier (now I'm using Anageninc) and I'm still using it.
I've been consistent with the microneedling since april starting from 0,5mm and increasing it to 1,5mm.

I used to apply the raw content of dutasteride pills immediatly after the microneedling but I recently started dissolving it in serioxyl to increase the penetration.

I mean that I do not have any bald spot, the thin areas of my head actually have normal hair mixed with miniaturized hairs in vasious stages of miniaturization, some of them are really light in color and 5mm long and some of them are 1 cm or a bit longer and darker (not as dark as the good ones, and my hair length at the moment is about 2cms).

My overral goal is of course getting back to a NW0, but I would be more than happy if this weaker hair will get back as strong as the good ones if that makes sense.

Take care my friend, the problem with this hair loss forums is people without initial problems of hair that using strong meds, as you, develope serious problem of alopecia passing the time.
Getting back to a NW0 is an utopie IMHO

Yeah, I know it's impossible to get back to NW0 but I would like to make the finer hair thicker.
I was actully diagnosed with Androgenetic Alopecia, but it seams odd me that my regimen is not giving any result, that is why I was asking if there could be something else working alongside with Androgenetic Alopecia making my regimen not working properly.

It’s not giving results bc treatments are designed to stop hair loss, not cause regrown in most cases. It is working if you maintained all your hair, and you probably only need finasteride

The anti androgens are not necessarily supposed to reverse miniaturization either. Your supposed to take them with the idea that they will maintain your healthy hair

I use minoxidil for that, 4ml a day

Anti androgens and dht blockers reverse miniaturization at a certain point. But it takes a while depending on your genetics. Give it another year IMO before seeing maximum gains from that regimen
