Treatment only works on 1 Side

Has anybody encountered this problem. My finasteride, minoxidil, spironolactone, Nizoral has only regrown my left temple and has done nothing for my right temple after 9 months. Getting worried about the asymmetry.

I have heard where one temples responds better than the other. But then the other temples catches up later on. But it could be that the badly affected temple may never recover as the hair has been lost for two long. Or it's just a natural regression on that side and you would be like if you had male pattern baldness or not.
