Treatments stopped working essentially overnight?

Does anyone have any experience with their long term treatments which essentially stopped working over night?

I've been on dutasteride and RU each over a decade now and all of a sudden I have accelerated loss to the point of it changing daily.

Interested to know if anyone has experienced something similar and was able to combat it somehow. Thanks.

me-- same stack as urs. finasteride worked for 4 years. Stopped working. Switched to dutasteride and RU. Still losing. My only guess is up regulation of androgen sensitivity as I age

Yup. Same. It’s devastating. I just took a poll on Instagram too— asking if I should shave my head. All of them pretty much said no. So I feel like I need my hair. I added oral castor oil, and I’m micro needling. I think it’s helping with regrowth— but still losing. I’m starting up BioEstro (estradiol) but I’m nervous about systematic sides. A lot of people talking about ORM. Supposedly even stronger than RU. Gonna give that a try I think. Just not sure how to get a hold of it

At least some people know you're losing it if you're asking to shave it, right? On Christmas, anyone who saw me would have thought I had a full head of hair. This is going to be challenging to manage, and embarrassing.

nope-- same boat as you. Most people have no idea-- other than my family and some close friends. I asked on the survey cuz im sick of looking in the mirror all the time and obsessing

No, I've been on inhouse's Avodart (Turkey) forever.

I think so, I buy from Alibaba. It is the start of a new batch though. I'm not sure on how much I use, I don't even weigh it anymore, but I would imagine i'm using upwards of 150mg a day, quite a bit. I have some ORM coming, so going to add that to the regimen when it arrives hoping for a miracle.

Ah, yeah you might need a stronger anti androgen. Let us know how it goes
