Tricomin Question

Hi,

I'm a little confused about Tricomin. The product profile at this site say's that it's a growth stimulator, but not a DHT inhibitor, yet further down in the review it says, "The presence of Copper has been shown to inhibit 5-Alpha Reductase, which is responsible for the formation of DHT. " It sounds to me like it does inhibit DHT, anyone have any ideas about this?

Thanks

PS, knowing how a lot of products are often named, I was wondering, could Tricomin really mean "Trick em in"? Hmmm...

Copper ions have been shown to inhibit both forms of 5a-reductase, and certain other metal ions also have some activity in that regard; however, the copper atoms in copper peptide molecules are NOT in the ionic form. There's certainly no evidence that I know of that copper peptides per se inhibit 5a-reductase.
