I am at the last stages of going for a hair transplant and would like to know if I am a good case, and how many grafts would help.
I am a diffuse thinner, 30, take finasteride minoxidil and nizoral. I have also just added RU to the mix at 50mg a day. I have been on finasteride on and off, but on for this year and taking it 4-5 times a week at 1.25mg/day.
My loss seems to be slowly stable, and occurring since I was 18 in a slow and consistent fashion. One thing I am considering Is trying dermarolling following what was done in one of the more aggressive study wtih 1.5mm rollers used once a week for 12 weeks.
Look forward to hearing your thoughts on the FUE transplant at this point and if dermarolling could help before trying it.
