i like the idea of no wheat. And the anti inflammatories and anti candida. Just too much work IMO.

If it wasn't just so ****ing hard to get all those supplements/ with the correct brand...
He said it takes like 5 min out of his day but seems like quite a task. Very interesting.
Some other guy was doing it, and it was hard to tell but his hair looked good..

That's a fascinating read on bodybuilding.com.,however I'm not quite convinced the majority of posters there are showing actual evidence of M.P.B. The regimen looks solid enough though for all intents and purposes.
