United Pharmacy - no more Dr Reddy's Dutas?

Just went to order and UP do not appear to be stocking Dr Reddys Dutas only Cipla and various other generics.

How annoying..trying to keep things consistent so I have had to order from InHouse. I only ordered small amount as I have had problem with additional VAT on larger orders from them before and additional delay because of it.

Thought's as to why UP have no stock..have they stopped stocking for some reason.

Anyone swapped to CIpla or other. I am not keen to change things as I have heard others change things then upset their hair balance so there may be variation with some manufacturers

I just went there and it's right on the home page. Do you use a different UP site for the UK? I know they have a couple.

I double checked and if you check in the details under Dutas it is the Cipla manufactured one not Dr Reddy's.

It looks the same as Dr Reddy's in the photo ie gel capsule but changing manufacturer makes me nervous especially as I used Cipla finasteride before and only had negative response.

Most positives on generic dutasteride seems to be with Dr Reddy's Dutas,

You should e-mail them to be sure, it could be a misprint on the website, because they also show Cipla dutasteride as a separate item. I used Cipla finasteride for 10 months and it worked well for me btw.

I think dutagen or duprost is a trade mark of Cipla, and Dutas is a trade mark of Dr Reddy's. It makes no since that Cipla would make Dutas.

I think you're right...it must be an error on the manufacturer...Sure it said Dr Reddys before. Anyway I ordered some more so will see when it arrives. My hair is actually disapearing completely now at the front since being on dutasteride so I don't believe its working...scarry how the loss has accelerated in last few weeks, it was fast before..I don't think DHT is the reason for my hairloss or all this stuff would have done something.
I am trying to take solice in the fact that at least I am healthy even if my image is failing fast. :shock:
