Hi I've been suffering from hair loss since I was about 18 now 21 7-8 months a go I switched from finasteride to dutasteride 2.5mg a day I've had thickening hair on the top but some weird hair loss around the crown area can someone explain to me what this is? Also I wash my hair twice a day with revita at night and revivogen in the morning, I use hot water so could that be doing this to me ? Also i used ru58841 and minoxidil combo at night It doesn't seem to follow a normal pattern. Any advice going forward on this matter would be appreciated.

Did you ever go to a Doctor? That's not Androgenetic Alopecia at all dude, propecia or duta will not help you with that hairloss

Never been to the Doctor about it but I have suffered from all over thinnging and dutasteride really helped thicken it up but now this has happened have no idea what has caused it. Do you think my topicals RU&min could be causing this? Or excessive shampooing ?

You bought duta and finasteride without prescription? Anyway this is not something from ru or minoxidil this seems another autoimmune alopecia but you need to go to a doctor nothing that dropping minoxidil can solve, not excessive shampoo neither dude stop waiting and go to a freking doctor

Yeah I bought generics from various websites. What can a doctor even do for me, here in the UK docs don't seem concerned at all. Even if its AA it will subside itself surely?

Dude i'm somone who generally think 90% of Doctor are ignorant but this time i definitly reccomand you see a Doctor, this is quite large i don't know anything about areata or other alopecia, i know there are some solution that only a Doctor can prescribe you, and not every AA will subside, you should use your free health care or do some research for a good Doctor.

And honestly i don't see any Androgenetic Alopecia from the pics, and if you have Androgenetic Alopecia is so early that using fina-duta-ru and minoxidil is totally an overkill and should stop, maybe a Doctor can states if you have Androgenetic Alopecia or not too

Go see a dermatologist or hair transplant surgeon. I've seen guys with horseshoes have that dip in the back of there head, but your hair looks thick all over. Might be something else like areata or something.
