Yeah, Jeff,
I totally know what you mean. I'm glad I took your advice and got on some medication. The ups-and-downs aren't nearly as bad as they were back in September-February.

Some days I have all the self-esteem in the world-- I'll go out with my friends, get some good, bang a chick, etc.

Some days I have no self-esteem at all-- I think I don't have any friends, no one will like me because I've lost some hair, and, worst of all, I'll never meet the right girl, etc.

This medication is definitely evening me out, although I'm going to ask my doctor for a prescription to Xaxax in those rare instances where I get very low.

Anyway, I'm glad I got that out.

off topic... Aplunk, how do you do to apply all those topicals, several times a day?

I don't get it, do you work from your home or what?

**TOPICALS**
Rogaine 5% - 1.5ml 2x Daily
(9/05)
Tricomin Follicle Therapy Spray 2x Daily
(10/05)
Topical spironolactone 2% for Top & Crown 1x Daily
(02/06)
Topical spironolactone 5% for Hairline 2x Daily
(02/06)

2+2+1+2= you have 7 applications there during the day!!! and we are talking abour 4 different products!!! how is that possible??

I can't even follow 2 applications of rogaine, because my hair looks like sh*t!! What's your secret to mix all that and still have a normal day?

Goodguy,
it's simple.

Morning:

Shower... Apply Rogaine, wait 5 minutes. Apply 5% spironolactone. Wait 5 minutes. Apply copper peptides. In all, it takes about 10 minutes to have all my applications on, and it dries in less than 1 hour. No problem.

Evening:

Quick rinse in the shower... Apply 2% spironolactone. Wait 1 minute. Apply Rogaine, wait 5 minutes. Apply 5% spironolactone. Wait 5 mintues. Apply copper peptides. Takes about 15 mintues to have all my topicals on. Dries in less than 1 hour. No problem here, either.

Recboi,
let's get some hookers, haha!

But man, according to Rogaine you must wait from 3 to 5 hours to wait till it dries up.

You put spironolactone over minoxidil? and then tricomin?

¿Am I wrong or that could interfere with minoxidil treatment?

For the morning routine, I use 5% spironolactone, which dries up rather quickly. It works to actually help Rogaine absorb more.

I made a mistake on the evening routine. If you apply 2% spironolactone then apply peptides, you might get a yellow scalp... So I usually don't apply the copper peptides, or I wait (according to Dr. Lee) at least an hour or more then apply.

If anything, topical spiroactalone and copper peptides will enhance minoxidil absorbtion and provide the sustained benefits of an androgen-free scalp and a healthy, copper-enriched scalp.

Not challenging you, but where did you read this? I would like to read more.

Seriously, I would stay away from hookers. They add to that feeling of hopeless desperation when you reflect. Hookers blow (both figuretively and literally I suppose). And the problem with the psych meds (and I certainly wouldn't suggest any of you come off of them, but they do add to your aloofness) is that they don't treat the reason for your depression. It inherently is NOT a chemical imbalance in most of us baldies (no, I'm not a Scientologist), it is Male Pattern Baldness. Sorry, but Xanax and Zoloft do not treat baldness. You'd get better results from overproof.
