toupee? The guy looks ancient and has way too thick of hair. Looks like a wig or something to me.

(This was the early days of photography, btw. There's also a picture of the president who preceeded him, who was also bald)

there's a guy in my work who's been an advanced NW3 for years now. Propecia or genes? I doubt he's on finasteride as he wears his hair in the worst possible style for a NW3 to have (short and spikey)
