I've been using propecia in six months now and begin to see increase in hair.
I did use propecia at an earlier stage for a year but without any visible results.
However i read something about how the the single hair share the same hole as the place where tallow is produced. I had ad the time the same experience as many have that my hair seemed to get very greasy after only one or two days without hairwash with shampoo. Then I read an interview with a girl who had the same problem till she stopped using shampoo. For the the first month your hair offcourse gets greasy but then the tallow production fades out. And after the first 3-4 weeks you produce so little grease that you can just use wash it with water everyday and NO shampoo and your hair will seem completly clean.
The reason I mention this is that surprised no one ever thought about the connection between grease production use of cemicals like in shampoo, and the hairstraws ability to grow.
I think that one should use propecia to reduce the production of the enzym that causes the hair to stop growing AND stop using shampoo witch causes the production of tallow that reduces the hairs path into the open.
The only reason for using Shampoo is that it helps putting money in the producers pocket.
