Using Hydrocortisone Safely?

I'm interested in experimenting with hydrocortisone cream, but I want to avoid any side effects. I know using it a lot can lead to dependence, and some nasty internal effects (liver, etc.), but what about using it sparingly? By using 0.5% cream 2-3 times a week would I be able to see some of the benefits without any of the side effects?

give it a shot. .5% is sold over the counter and is said to be okay for long term use. What are you using it for though?

Gonna try for a little extra temple regrowth.

wow...i had no idea it was used for hair regrowth.

Do a search, a lot of people used it. The main problem is that like minoxidil, when you stop using it, the regrowth falls out after a few months. Hence my curiosity about long term use.
