Can I use it too often? Would using it everyday hurt my chances of regrowth?

yes it only needs to be used 2-3 times a week. Using it too much may result in dry brittle hair and dry scalp which isn't the best environment for regrowth.

If your hair/scalp could handle Nizoral without becoming dry, I would think a daily application of it's mild-anti-androgen properties could be of some benefit.
When I first used Nizoral on a regular basis some 14 months ago, I would get out of the bath with straw where my hair used to be, now I seem to be able to use it fairly regulary (3, 4 even 5 time a week) without it effecting my hair/scalp.
