Ok so there are a lot of studies on sildafenil growing hair yet no one seems to have tried it
It’s not available in cream form at least not in US I’m thinking of crushing up some and adding to minoxidil
Also the reason I looked into this is another analog of v**** seems to reverse all kinds of fibrosis and it also strongly suppresses tgf beta which seems to be all the buzz of why veterporfin is so interesting by reversing the fibrosis

Appears to be stable in solution there is a sildafenil cream 3.4 percent in phase 2 study for women sex drive so it is active topically
