I read a body building magazine. I mentioned NO's benefits to blood vessels and body building, and 500 mg vitamin C per day preserves either the NO or the arginine or something. I forget. Anyway, they listed the foods high in vitamin C. The mag suggests getting natural health food. I like that mag since the writers think like I do on a lot of stuff.
