Sorry to hear you had that. Did you consider just Propecia/finasteride instead? A lot of guys get on finasteride and after 4 months of no growth they immediately jump to dutasteride. I wouldn't take dutasteride as it isn't fda approved for hair loss. Finasteride is though.

I tried both. Finasteride is definitely better in terms of less side effects and better results somehow. But both made me feel like sh*t eventually so i quit

Did you try cutting the dose? I started at .25mg and worked up to 1mg. Been on it for 7 months and things seem the same.

I tried taking it every other day/every third day instead of everyday and it brought on me some nasty telogen effluvium

Glad to hear that. So it took you around 70 days to recover morning wood?
I'd say after 2 months i've been gradually getting better and better at a rapid rate, which corresponds with this Dutasteride study that explains how the body works after dropping Dutasteride

When i was taking anti-androgens i literally forgot how it feels to have a morning wood. Now that i'm around 70 days off Dutasteride i wake up everyday with a rock hard morning wood. I'm very thankful to God that unlike lots of guys i've not gotten the miserable persistent PFS, and that i've been recovering slowly
Good for you, bro, but what u gonna use it for ?
