Ways to sell products legit using disclaimer tab

If indeed I experience superior results with my home brew I would like to try selling it at same cost range as generic minoxidil.Of course all ingredients will be posted but I would have to have people click on disclaimer before purchasing.Would this be sufficient legally? When HairLossTalk.com says "proven" products are sold here, just how much hair growth does a product need to produce before its classified as "proven"?Does it have to go through exspensive trials to be recognized as "proven"?
