Ways to speed up post op regrowth?

Hey guys, does anyone know any ways to speed up post op regrowth? I researched and found Dr Shapiroes Help Hair Whey Protein, does anyone know if it works or if there are any other ways to speed things up?

I already had the procedure done two months ago and im sure its going to look great when it comes through. I have had no shock loss to existing hairs so MSM probably wouldnt be for me, everything seems to be on schedule its just that I am very very eager to have the results so I can finally change my hairstyle.
