Weird Hairloss in permanent zone. Picture attached

Hello, just wanted to post a picture of some hairloss that I have that exists in the so called “permanent” zone. It’s happening mildy on my left side but mostly my right side as seen in the picture. Also worth noting that I did get the “itch” in this area before I noticed hair loss. Wondering if this has happened to anyone else?

Diffuse unpatterned alopecia .it is worst case when MF DHT kills permanent hairs also.I have it.best luck.
