I used it once for two days to get me off paxil. Man, getting of Paxil made me fell like such sh^t. I did not even know why I felt so nervous and nausious the first 10 days as it got worse. Then I figured out why. Wellbutran ended it in 40 minutes. After two days and two doses, I stopped the wellbutran and was fine. It is also given to smokers as zyban.

It took me months to ween off paxil, after going a little while without it I'd start getting completed disoriented, and extremely irritable. I'm not talking "I'm quitting smoking" angry, I'm talking, "I'm going to kill people" angry.
To think, one of the selling points when I first got put on it was that it was non-addictive. The company line that getting sick as a dog when you quit is a "withdrawl symptom" and not an addiction almost made me kill my doctor. Compound all that mess with the fact that I never needed it in the first place, and Paxil was not a good experience for me.
