Went the MSM route..

I bought a bottle of MSM 1000 mg tablets. It says bones and joints on the side and i didn't notice it. Also, it says nothing about hair on it. Did I buy the right kind?

yeah, some say but some doesnt. i have the capsules and it says bones and joints too but on back it also says hair, nails and skin... all the same

dont expect alot...well actully dont expect anything from MSM if you are taking it as a hairloss treatment.

your hair will grow like crazy but not healthy thick hair its your hair but growing faster..
but i read on this fourm but more about it in hairlosshelp.com fourm that applying topical MSM helped alot of users and some users swear by it..

i am thinking about it but still making some research on it

Ive put MSM cream on my head a few times, it reduces scalp itch for a few days after putting it on. Also my hair looks darker.
