What about Brewer's yeast ?

Hello,

Iam originally from France and a lot of doctors over there talk about Brewer's yeast as a very useful dietary supplement for people having issues with their hair.
Since I've been in the US ( a while now) I've never heard anybody even mentioning it ... and I did not find a lot ot topic on this forum talking about it

So guys : have you heard of Brewer's yeast ? Does anybody had good ( or no) result taking Brewer's yeast ? I am considering other option to my currrent regimen ( ie Propecia + Rogaine Foam)

very good supplement in my opinio, contains many minerals and b-vitamins that are very helpful to hair

google in to hagerty's scalp exercise, he believes in the power of brewers yeast and have a look at his hair
