I'm 23, Norwood 2.5-3. I use minoxidil for 2.5 months (once a two days) and oral dutasteride for 2 months(twice or three times a week) My hair loss decreased but I still see some hair on my bed(could be telogen effliuvm as well bc falling hair is not minituarilized), of course less than before, I have the improvement. And I see some regrow but not that significant and satisfying
In order to gain my nw2 hairline back, should I start using oral spironolactone ? What do you recommend ? Or could I manage to maintain my current scale with dutasteride till early 30s ? Then I might consider about hair transplant
No before after. Third pic is how more hair looks during the daily life

I would say only add that if you're starting to lose ground from dutasteride and min. 2.5 months is still to soon for massive results.
