If your not on propecia its not gonna make much a difference what you take honestly. There are tons of things though you can try like saw palmetto, grape seed extract, nettle root, pumpkin seed extract, pygeum, beta sitosterol, and many others. I doubt any of them will make any difference long term

Thanks guys. I've heard of saw palmetto and its an ingredient in my keto shampoo. Maybe I'll try a biotin supplement. Have any of you taken biotin?

Biotin worked wonders for me. Especially when you use with a ketoconazole shampoo. I have been using Regenepure DR, followed by their minoxidil spray every day and also taking 5000 mcg Biotin/daily and have seen a dramatic difference. Don't forget though that Biotin makes ALL your hair grow, not just on your head.

I don't know what kind of hair loss you have but I thought I would relay this info to you before you take any drastic measures that mess up your hormones like propecia and stuff. When I was about 22 years old my scalp started itching like crazy, I would shed constantly, and I had diffuse thinning all over the top of my scalp. I went to the dermatologist and they said that I telogen Effluvium and male pattern baldness. I just accepted it basically and didn't use any treatments. Over the next 5 years I would constantly shed hair, my hair looked thin and brittle no matter what I did but I didn't really have any recession. Then finally I got blood work done for a separate reason and they found that my vitamin D was depleted. They put me on vitamin D supplements and about 9 months later I would say I got close 40% - 50% of my hair density back. I still get shedding but not nearly as frequently and my hair is a lot thicker. So my point is just cover all bases before you do anything drastic.

it was amazing what just a simple multivitamin did for me. back when i first noticed my hair loss, i would run my hand thru my hair and there would be hairs all over my hand. after a month or so on just the multivitamin, i wasnt losing hair like that anymore.

to answer your question tho, yes biotin is good, i take it daily. it wont stop male pattern baldness, but its good for your hair!

Hair loss can stop on its own. I dont think anything can save your hair right now short of lowering androgen drastically if you have male pattern baldness and statistically speaking you probably do

İf u dont take finasteride or min supplements wont work anyway , but if u take biotin with other main tratments your hair may grow faster ( for me areas with no male pattern baldness sign grows around 1.5 cm month )

I've been using Dht blocker with chlorophyll drops for about two weeks now and already notice a difference in my hair in general. The hair on my head is a lot smoother and stronger. Being a guy with long hair I'm always used to losing it in the shower while washing it. I haven't had this problem for over a week. My facial hair is also coming in thicker and my patchy spots are filling in nicely. Normally my facial hair feels like a damn brillo pad, that has also smoothed out nicely. I would definitely recommend these vitamin supplements to anyone who is skeptical like I was. You just have to be patient nothing works overnight
