i only started to recede badly at my temples maybe 6-7 months ago. i am now starting on aggressive treatement as followed.

monoxidil 2x once in AM once in PM
finasteride 1mg everyday
nutrafol 4x tablets everyday with a meal
prp injections on hair loss areas
