Fish oil has real cardioprotective and ocular benefits. I think the benefits to hair are likely low, but fish oil is about as safe as safe can get, so no harm in taking for most people.
I take pumpkin seed oil daily. I saw the study that showed it helped against male pattern baldness so I thought "what the hell". It's inexpensive so why not. No idea if it's effective because I'm using a few other things too like Rogaine, Revivogen and Nizoral.
it has to be a collective effort of various things, but first i think you should start with scalp massage everyday for 30 minutes. In the end, that's what worked for me.
