What are your thoughts on 'Hair Regrowth with Alex'?

Even if he has had transplants, his hair right now is an amazing result considering the fact that he looked like he was heading towards complete baldness as he started balding at 18 and also used to suffer from DUPA. He believes that hair loss medications all work very well but underlying conditions can cause them to lose their efficacy.

I believe that he's just a hyper responder to medication and all of the other sh*t he's doing isn't doing much and his hair loss while on medication is due to seasonal / synchronized sheds. I doubt that his diet is that great because he looks bloated and has eye bags, not indicators of somebody in good health.

You shouldn't fully trust a youtuber that is trying to sell you sh*t too.

I dont take him serious whatsoever. Sells his damn ebook and use some parilla leaf extract to reduce inflammation lmao. I have seen his videos and story. Its mostly just dermarolling daily with minoxidil and finasteride plus parilla leaf extract LMAO. Hes a joke a damn clown and probably a hyper responder. His dad isnt even bald dude.

Here is what happened. Look at his precise regimen. He doesn't do the traditional deep microneedling to bleeding once a week like most folks do. What he does is a light needling everyday, and he applies minoxidil right afterwards. This is essentially like taking oral minoxidil. He's just a hyper responder. Probably part of the eye bags too. He's got results, but that's the primary reason - not all the anti-inflammatory protocols that he touts. For some reason I do think that he is in fact sincere, I mean, he's been going at this for years and he's definitely not making any real money on it based on his meager views. I don't think he even understands the simple fact that systemic minoxidil and hyper responsiveness is the actual reason for his regrowth.

Good. dutasteride and finasteride causes me low semen volume and close to retrograde ejaculation. Basically my semen struggles out. It damages me permanently probably. I was off finasteride before for 3 months and still had bad ejaculation problems. These sides can last 4 ever or stay permanent. dutasteride never ever worked for my hair anyways.

I didn't know that he deleted posts, surely somebody must have archived them. I am interested to know how he managed to reverse his dupa, he doesn't look like he has any thinning on his back and sides anymore.

Ye as u may know I was on duta for 1.5 years and I ended up with 1 drop of semen after ejaculation and my hair was litteraly twice as thin all over. Possibly hormonal imbalance or upregulation. I dont respond to 5aris at all. Im trying a more natural approach now but I also may add in topical finasteride just once weekly to reduce sides and just as a trial.

Tbh I was thinking the same from a recent vid. He apparently dropped minoxidil a while back and claims others can do things like drop finasteride and eat “foods that reduce dht” which sounds like bullshit
