What class am I , how many grafts, enough donor area?

are you already on any meds? finasteride especially. if you aren't, the very first thing you should do is get on them.. for your age that loss is quite advanced so no one can say if there's sufficient donor, or even to say that the donor is dht resistant. Good luck!

The donor is DHT resistant otherwise it would not be the donor area, but you need propecia to stabilize the loss. You look to be a norwood 4 maybe. ?

I'd call it a NW4 but you need to get a surgeons opinion on your donor density and firstly you need to make sure you've stabilised/halted your hairloss, best thing to do is get on meds (finasteride/dutasteride) and monitor the situation for another 12months (frustrating I know) but in all you should be ok in the hands of a top surgeon.
