What could you recommend? trying to find an alternative to minoxidi

Hi everyone. I started to go bald early enough, so by 32 I already have a good 6 Norwood. I was trying Minoxidil - and had serious side effects from it, so it had to be canceled. (Creepy palpitations and facial swelling) . I don't want to start with finasteride either, because I'm afraid of side effects too.
I also was tried emu oil with dwarf palm oil + hyaluronic acid, (and dermaroller) the effect was but very small. Trinov- no effect

perhaps there is some kind of effective alternative, I 'm already desperate?

Buddy if you’re NW6 you need to consider surgery. At the least hop on dutasteride to kill DHT, if minoxidil doesn’t work try RU58841 for your topical anti-androgen to combat scalp testosterone and residual DHT. You should also dermaroll once a week with 1.5mm

Consider Topical Finasteride less side effects as I had side effects with oral and have been on Topical since.

Natural alternatives you could try Divine herbal oils, ketaconazole shampoo like Regenepure DR.
