What Does Brain Fog Feel Like On Finasteride?

I’m currently 20 and I started finasteride last week. I felt fine up until this past Sunday, where I felt a little foggy/out of it. It got pretty bad Sunday night, and has continued through today (Tuesday) although it has improved. I now feel just a little out of it. Is this normal as my body is still adjusting to the medication? I can still think straight and concentrate, but I definitely feel a little out of it overall and have some trouble paying attention. I’d just say a feel a little different, but again, it has been improving.

I also haven’t had any sexual side effects to speak of. What do you guys recommend I do?

Normally the sides go away in 2-3 months after your body adapts to the medication. Nothing is permanent, don't listen to the naysayers

It can be permanent, at the very least persistent.

Some context please? I do not have time to watch a 10 min video without knowing if it going to be worth my time.

You have plenty of time to sit on this forum.

Because it is usually worth it, pathetic I know.

With this video,I don't know it yet. But I guess it will be a video of the guy that is heavily affiliated with the hair transplant industry saying that finasteride is not dangerous at all, which obviously would be a waste of my (and anyone with a sense of critical thinking) time.

Basically it's coming from someone in the industry that has worked with thousands of people, and hes telling others to stop spreading the false bullshit. Which it is!!!

Dude... This is like someone from the tobacco industry talking about smoking... So many more reputable sources that you could have picked that support your bias and you picked this one...

Dude it's from real people. Not from some kid that read a post and reposted it. If you have never taken finasteride or dutasteride for a long period stop spreading the bullshit

I have taken finasteride so I am very aware of its potential dangers.

It seems like you don't get my point. The guy is affiliated with the hair transplant industry. The hair loss industry benefits from finasteride > This guy benefits from peole taking finasteride.

Brain fog happens to people who even aren’t in the drug. feels like when it’s real late at night and your trying to study and your reading the same damn notes over and over again because you can’t focus for sh*t and nothing sticks. Your thoughts take long to formulate and they trail off and you forgot what you were even thinking. Ever been high? Kinda like that. Not on the ball. Haven’t really noticed that anymore than before drug
