What can you eat to help hair grow? I have been struggling with this question for a long time, especially when my hair is not in good condition. I always feel that nothing I try will work, but later I found that diet is really important.

Hair is actually made up of a protein called keratin, which contains a lot of cystine, which supports the hair through a structure called disulfide bonds. Moreover, the sulfur content in hair is quite high; no wonder some hair care products always mention the importance of sulfur compounds.

I remember that during that time, my hair was particularly easy to break, and the color was a bit yellow. I began to pay attention to eating more fish because fish is rich in protein and omega-3 fatty acids. Salmon is a good choice, but because it is a bit expensive, I later switched to fish oil capsules, which is also very convenient. But it is still not as good as fresh fish. If you have enough budget, salmon is the best choice.

In addition to protein, vitamins and trace elements are also indispensable. For example, melanin is synthesized by a substance called tyrosine, and foods rich in tyrosine, such as walnuts and some nuts, have become regular guests in my diet. But they have a lot of fat, so I usually don't eat them with salmon. When I don't have salmon, I treat it as a low-cost nutritional substitute. I eat about 5-6 at a time.

Of course, hair care is not just about eating but also about protection. I now particularly like to wear glueless lace wigs and machine-made wigs with bangs, which are breathable, thin, and scalp-friendly. In this way, while paying attention to diet, I reduce the pulling and irritation of hair, and the effect is really better than I expected.

If you also want to improve the condition of your hair, you might as well start with diet, eat more fish, nuts, and foods high in protein, and pay attention to the health management of your scalp. I believe you will see changes!

It’s good you pay attention to your diet.. It will make you healthy. but it still won’t do much to regrow your hair. I thought at one time if I ate the perfect diet my hair would be perfect.. little correlation.. though lately I read some interesting hair regrowth news on watercress.. which I had to buy & try..
You have to counteract DHT one way or another & I found medical grade lasers & electro scalp stimulation works whether you have DHT sensitivity or not.,
