What happened to the proposal to publicize FDA trials?

And was wondering what the result of the proposal was. Anybody know? Don't make me search the answer myself! That could take a few minutes.

There was an article about this in the NY Times just a few weeks ago.

In fact, Glaxo will be posting the results of their Avodart trials on their website in the next few months. Here's the link to their trial register site:
